Are the characters real people?
The characters are AI. The photos and videos come from real models who license them to us. Occasionally a member of our team writes in a chat.
Can I get a refund?
Digital content is delivered instantly, so the usual 14-day cancellation right does not apply once you have access. If something was faulty or never arrived, write to us and we will sort it out.
How do I cancel?
A subscription runs for the term you paid for and does not renew by itself. You keep access until it ends.
