Privacy Policy

Last updated: 29 August 2026

This policy explains what we do with your personal data.

The controller is [FIRMENNAME] Ltd (company number [COMPANY NUMBER]), [STRASSE UND HAUSNUMMER], [STADT], [POSTLEITZAHL], United Kingdom. For any question about your data, write to [KONTAKT-EMAIL].

The short version

We collect what we need to run the Service: your account details, your conversations, and what you have bought. We also work out what kind of characters you like, so we can suggest better ones — and because that touches on your sexual preferences, we only do it if you agree to it, and you can turn it off at any time. We do not sell your data.

1. What we collect

When you create an account Your email address, a name if you give one, and an encrypted version of your password. We never store your password in readable form.

When you use the Service The messages you send and receive, which characters you talk to, when, and how many messages you have used.

When you buy something What you bought, when, how much you paid and in which currency. Card details go directly to our payment provider — we never see or store them.

Automatically Your IP address, browser and device type, and the pages you visit. Our server keeps access logs.

Your preferences While you chat, our system works out what kind of characters and content appeal to you and stores this as a short list of keywords on your profile.

This last category needs explaining properly, which is the next section.

2. Preferences — special category data

Some of what we infer about you says something about your sex life or sexual orientation. Under Article 9 of the GDPR that is "special category" data and gets stronger protection than ordinary information.

We only collect and use it if you have explicitly agreed. You give that agreement with a separate tick box when you register — it is never bundled into accepting the Terms.

What we do with it: we use it to put characters you are more likely to enjoy at the top of the page, and so characters can suggest content that fits your taste. Nothing else.

What we do not do with it: we do not sell it, share it with advertisers, or use it outside this Service.

You can withdraw at any time in your account settings. When you do, we delete the stored keywords and stop inferring new ones. Everything else keeps working; you simply get less personalised suggestions.

4. Who else sees your data

We use a small number of suppliers, and only what they need:

  • Our hosting provider (Germany) — runs the servers.
  • Our file storage provider — stores photos and videos. Files are private and served through time-limited links.
  • Anthropic — generates the characters' replies. Your messages are sent to their API for that purpose. They do not use this data to train models.
  • Our payment provider — handles payments and holds your card details.

Some of these are outside the UK and EU. Where that is the case, transfers are covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

We also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect people from serious harm.

We do not sell your data and we do not run advertising on this Service.

5. How long we keep it

  • Account, chats and purchases: while your account exists.
  • After you delete your account: we remove your data within 30 days, except records we must keep — payment and invoice data for the period tax law requires, and records relating to reports of illegal content.
  • Server logs: 30 days.
  • Preferences: until you withdraw consent or delete your account.

6. Your rights

You can:

  • ask what we hold about you and get a copy,
  • have mistakes corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • restrict or object to how we use it,
  • take your data elsewhere in a portable format,
  • withdraw consent for the preference feature at any time.

Write to [KONTAKT-EMAIL]. We reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you may complain to a supervisory authority — in the UK the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk), in Switzerland the FDPIC (edoeb.admin.ch), or the authority in your own EU country.

7. Cookies

We use only what the Service needs to work:

  • a cookie that keeps you logged in,
  • a cookie remembering your chosen language,
  • a cookie remembering that you confirmed your age,
  • a cookie remembering that you have seen the welcome message.

No advertising or tracking cookies. Because these are strictly necessary for a service you asked for, we do not need to ask permission for them.

8. Security

Passwords are stored hashed. The site runs over an encrypted connection. Photos and videos sit in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived links, generated after we check you are allowed to see them.

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach ever puts your rights at serious risk, we will tell you and the relevant authority.

9. Children

The Service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has an account here, tell us at [KONTAKT-EMAIL] and we will close it and delete the data.

10. Changes

If we change this policy in a way that affects you, we will tell you by email or on the site before it takes effect.
